Welcome to Embassy Apartments & Townhomes

I’ll be starting my 4th lease at Embassy Apartments in May of 2021. After having owned a home in Tonawanda, NY, I can honestly say that the money I’m paying for my apartment is very much affordable considering what I’m getting for the money. I live in a spacious, 2-bedroom apartment that includes all amenities and utilities except for electric, and I pay $46 a month for electric. My rent not only includes rent, but water, heat, snow removal, lawn care, garbage and recycling, but also includes off street parking in a dead-end thoroughfare. Located very close to the I-290 expressway, bike path, close to churches and schools, along with grocery stores, restaurants, and doctor’s offices. I’m only a 6-7 minute drive to work, and a 3-5 minute drive to most of my children. With a scenic balcony, I also have greens access which gets some awesome breezes, and my 1st floor apartment has morning sun, and cool afternoons. Both Tesha and the maintenance staff are all very cordial and friendly. I have to say, as I start the final chapters of my life, I love it here!
